Iced Raspberry Lime Immunitea

Iced Raspberry Lime Immunitea

I don't know if you've ever experienced a Texas summer, but they are HOT. Like, Valley of Death hot. Everyone is looking for a cool lake (or freezer) to jump into, and the last thing anyone would want is a hot cup of tea.

While Immunitea is certainly delicious when brewed hot, we understand not wanting to submit yourself to torture in the summer months. That's why we came up with a cool, refreshing recipe that still boosts your immune system, but without the intense heat.

What you'll need:

  • 5 tablespoons Immunitea
  • 4 tablespoons raw honey
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • Pitcher

Directions:

  1. Combine Immunitea, honey, and lime juice in a french press. Cover with boiling water and let steep for 30 minutes.
  2. Once the tea is steeped, transfer to a large pitcher. Add ice and fill up with a little water to dilute the concentrate.
  3. Allow to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes
  4. Add frozen raspberries to into individual glasses. Top with cold Immunitea. Serve with mint and a slice of fresh lime. Enjoy!
